Ntelosperma are a genus which contains about 100 species of Succulents, of the family Aizoaceae.
The name of the genus comes from the Greek words delos, visible and sperma, seed, referring at capsules which does not have membrane covering, thus exposing the seed when the capsules are opened.
Perennial plant and can be upright, climbing. Looks like a present. The leaves are sessile. Flowers singly or in clumps and colors vary from white, cream, yellow, Orange, in various shades of pink and even purple. It flowers from April until early summer.
Ιt needs sunny locations. Water sparingly during the growing season. Has good tolerance to heat and drought.
Diseases and Pests: aphids that visit.
Used single or in clusters, it is considered an ideal plant for the coastal areas.
