Hybrids thrive-drained neutral or calcareous soils. Planted in sunny positions, but adapted and slightly shady, hot areas. The planting depth is very small, just beneath the surfaces of the soil. Their growth is favored by the addition of minimum amounts of nitrogen fertilizer, while avoiding the fresh mulch because causes sepsis.
