Gkousmania in 15cm Pot

Houseplant Guzmania grows on the trunks of other plants. What we see as flowers, are diffrent types of leaves,star-shaped in bright orange or red color that make it one of the most spectacular plants.It needs enough moisture in the summer and its foliage should be sprayed with water and keep the soil moist. Indication that the plant wants watering is when the lower leaves of the plant get brown and start to wilt. In lack of humidity the edges of the leaves are getting brown color.Ιt is durable in most conditions but grows up best in bright light and temperature of 15-18℃ in winter and 18-24℃, maximum27 ℃.
