It is a genus of perennial plants belonging to the Convolvulaceae family. The best known species is Dichondra repens or commonly the dichondra. This plant is often used as a ground cover because of its dense and low growth, which is suitable for gardens and lawns. Leaves: Small, round, green that form a dense carpet. Height: Usually stays low, around 5-10cm. Durability: Resistant to low temperatures and moderate drought resistance.
