Bidens is a low-growing herbaceous flowering plant, which reaches a height of 35 cm. It belongs to the Asteraceae family. It comes from Mexico. It is a widespread ornamental plant due to its impressive and long-lasting flowering. Its flowers, similar to those of the daisy, are complex with a bright yellow or red color and a yellow center. Its flowering begins in May and lasts until September. Widely used in gardens, terraces, balconies and rock gardens.
