The avocado is an evergreen tropical tree and was discovered in the tropical regions of Mexico. The height of the tree reaches up to 15 meters, its leaves are elliptical to ovate, reddish in color when they are growing and small. They become green on the upper surface and dull green on the underside when they grow. Its flowers are white or yellowish gathered at the tops of the shoots.
