Creeping vegetation reaches a height of 10-20cm. diameter and 30cm. Has small blue violet flowers that bloom in April to May. It grows in rich fertile soils and cool semi-shaded positions. Planted in pots, window boxes, rock gardens, along walls and mulch at the base of shrubs and trees. Withstands up to -5 degrees.
